The Western Nebraska Development Network (WNDN) invites you to stay awhile and learn what is available for you in western Nebraska.  We are a part of the Nebraska Development Network, Inc. created by the Partnership for Rural Nebraska (PRN).  We are a network of state, regional, and local economic development service providers, working together to assist our counties, communities and our families, in western Nebraska, develop their economic potential and to assist interested domestic and international industry, retail and service businesses succeed in western Nebraska.

Our Mission

Regional growth for Western Nebraska

        To fulfill this mission we...

  • identify regional issues for further collaborative work (a problem-solving approach)

  • network with local citizens to share regional resources

  • invite new service providers and local stakeholder to our meetings to bring them “up to speed” on regional issues and resources available

  • partner and support each other on projects

  • collaborate on grant proposals

  • communicate to others across the state about our regional issues of concern

  • develop new resources
